Vietnam Immigration law
regulates that foreigners wishing to enter Vietnam for any purpose are required
to apply for visa to Vietnam.
When to
apply?
Visa to Vietnam can be applied up to 3 months as maximum in advance of your intended
date of travel to Vietnam.
Applicants are strongly advised not to confirm their travel arrangements to
come to Vietnam until they have received their visa. How to apply?
There are 5 required steps to complete the visa application process. You are
advised to read through the application steps set out below before making your
visa application to make sure that you are clear about the procedure and
requirements. Step 1: Check Vietnam visa requirements for your
nationality Thanks to bilingual agreement between Vietnam and other
countries, there are some countries that are exempted for Vietnam visa
for a period of time. By checking the requirements to each country, you can
make sure that you need a Vietnam visa or not. The details
of exemption can be found here. Step 2: Complete your visa application form
You should submit 1 Vietnam visa application online for each individual applying for a visa, including children. Please ensure that
you select the correct visa application for the purpose of your visit
- Complete the secure and automatic application form in English
- Ensure that you complete all the sections correctly. If you make a mistake in
filling in any of the sections, you will need to make another application or
notice us by an email. Step 3: Settle your Payment
We recommend using Vietnam visa on arrival as it is
cheaper and more convenient for applicants. You can read more about Vietnam visa

Step 4: Receive the visa approval letter/code for your visa request
Normally you can get your approval letter after 01 working day for Urgent
service and 02 working days for Normal service. Please contact us when you want
to have your Vietnam approval letter/code in the earliest time.
Step 5: Prepare your documents - Prepare 02 latest passport-sized photos
(in color, 4*6cm size, with a face straightforward)
- Show this printed approval to the
Airlines when you get on board. After you have prepared all the things in your hand, you are now
ready to enter Vietnam.
